Biography

Troy Oneil passion began in 1998 with the honorary founder of boxing in the Cayman Islands Dalmain Ebanks as his coach and mentor. He’s a 2x Caribbean Championship medalist who also achieved Silver medals in Indiana and Spain at the World Police and Fireman games. He’s been assisting CIBA with the training/coaching of our amateur boxers and serves as a certified judge, referee and CIBA Board member.
