Biography

Theo has always had a keen interest in all contact sports and has competed in many different disciplines. In December 2019, Theo boxed for Cayman at the Caribbean Championships making it to the semi finals and winning a silver medal for Cayman. Theo notes that this experience makes him a more empathetic coach. Theo has been trained as a Coach by CIBA since April 2019. He is currently undertaking national level certifications. Theo’s role involves coaching both boxing and fitness classes. Theo is a National Level Certified Coach.
